CoworkTours

Questions

Everything you might reasonably ask.

What exactly is a CoworkTour?

A founder-hosted group journey to an off-the-map place, work-enabled so you can stay for weeks, not days. Not a coliving and not a tour — a curated journey from arrival to departure, in two phases: a settled work-base and an adventure block.

Do I have to work during the trip?

No. Work is the enabler, not the point. One phase is built so you can keep your business running with reliable wifi and a real workspace; the other is laptops-closed. Work as much or as little as you like.

Who are these trips for?

Independent and remote professionals — freelancers, founders, solo businesses — who love travel but would rather not go far alone. Typically 30s–50s, no young kids, based in Europe or the UK. Curious, not touristy.

How does the deposit and refund work?

After a discovery call, you reserve your seat with a deposit. A trip only runs once it reaches its minimum cohort. Until it's confirmed, your deposit is fully refundable — if the trip never fills, you get every cent back. See the refund policy for details.

Why is there a discovery call before I can book?

Because small, trusted groups don't happen by accident. The call is a mutual fit check — you ask us anything, we make sure the trip is right for you. It's how the best hosted trips work.

What's included in the price?

Accommodation, workspace and connectivity for the work-base, guided experiences, the signature learning experience, inter-island or local transport, airport transfers, and full hosting. International flights and travel insurance are excluded.

How big are the groups?

Deliberately small. Each trip lists its capacity and the minimum cohort it needs to run — usually a group in the low teens.

Can I come alone?

Most guests do. That's rather the point — you arrive alone and leave with a group you trust.
