Tell us about you and which trip draws you. Two minutes — no payment, no commitment.

Discovery call
We hop on a short call — a mutual fit check, WildWifi-style. You ask us anything; we make sure the trip is right for you.

Reserve with a deposit
If it's a fit, we send a secure link to hold your seat. Your deposit is fully refundable until the trip is confirmed.

The trip confirms
Once enough seats are paid, the trip is a go. Below the minimum cohort, it doesn't run and every deposit is returned.

Pay the balance
With the trip confirmed, you settle the balance and we begin onboarding — logistics, work setup, and meeting your group.

You show up
Flights aside, everything is handled. You arrive, and the journey begins.

It filters for commitment and builds trust on both sides — the reason our groups gel from day one.
The trust promise
Your deposit is fully refundable until the trip is confirmed.
A trip only runs once enough seats are paid — the minimum cohort. If it never reaches that number, it doesn't run, and every deposit is returned in full. No inventory games, no countdown timers. Scarcity through honesty.
