These terms govern your use of this website and any journey you book with CoworkTours. Ground operations are delivered by our licensed tour-operator partner, Mussiro (operating since 2017). Full contracting entity and operator details are in the imprint (TBC).
Booking & payment
- Applications are free and non-binding. A discovery call precedes any booking.
- A seat is reserved with a deposit and confirmed once the balance is paid.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in EUR unless stated.
Trip confirmation & the minimum cohort
A trip runs only if it reaches its stated minimum cohort. Deposits are fully refundable until confirmation — see the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your responsibilities
- Valid travel documents, visas and entry requirements are your responsibility.
- Comprehensive travel insurance (medical + cancellation) is mandatory.
- International flights are not included in trip prices.
- You travel at your own risk and agree to follow reasonable host and guide guidance.
Changes & cancellation
Itineraries are curated but may change for weather, safety or supplier reasons; we'll always aim for an equivalent experience. Our cancellation terms and yours are set out in the refund policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it may not lawfully be limited. Otherwise, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the trip (final wording TBC with counsel).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the contracting entity's jurisdiction (TBC).
